It can get quite humid in Florida, so what better way to spend those hot summer days than at a water park? Especially one that has an enclosed slide that runs through water with dolphins swimming around. Sea World’s Aquatica is located in Orlando, Florida and is one of the top three most popular water parks in the country. Florida has the 2nd highest number of amusement parks in the U.S. and Aquatica is home to the tallest and steepest tower slide in Orlando. You can get a day pass starting at $47 dollars.

Kansas City

Schlitterbahn Waterpark in Kansas City has the tallest water slide in the world! The water slide, Verruckt, drops 15 stories with four people on a raft and speeds up to 70 miles per hour. You actually have to make a reservation to ride this ride because it has become so popular. The water park is also home to world’s largest tidal wave river, Torrent Beach. The Transportainment river system allows guests to travel throughout the park without getting out of the water. Tickets start at $43 dollars.

Raging Waters

Raging Waters in San Dimas, California is the largest amusement park in California. It has over 36 water slides and sits on 50-acres. One of the fastest slides in the country, the Bermuda Triangle, travels up to 50 miles per area and has three different courses. Tickets start at $42 dollars.
