The Austin City Limits Music Festival isn’t just one weekend of fun, but two! Austin hosts the festival ever year and this year it kicks off the first weekend in October. Each weekend, the festival will be 3-days long and full of the biggest names in music, plus the best foods of Austin.

The festival is held at Zilker Park in Austin and was inspired by the PBS concert series. What is really cool is the same people who put on Lollapalooza produce this festival. A wide variety of artists perform from genres like rock, indie, country, folk, electronic, hip-hop and more. The first weekend of the festival is from October 2nd to the 4th and the 2nd weekend is from October 9th to the 11th.

Of course Austin is known for its incredible food and the festival is complete with a food court full of these foods at what they call Austin Eats. It includes a ton of restaurants with gluten free and vegetarian options. There are also fine restaurants and a bunch of the best local vendors. Guests can enjoy barbeque, turkey legs, funnel cakes, ice cream and so much more.

Local artists will perform in the ACL Art Market and it is always a great place for businesses to showcase their talent. The festival supports local artists and hopes to give them an opportunity by showing their things off at the event.
