Downtown Chandler is home to the unique Perch Pub and Brewery. The beautiful restaurant really makes you feel like you are on a tropical island. They serve up a number of craft beer, delicious foods and all in a relaxing atmosphere.
Chandler is a nice town, but it is far from the hustle and bustle of busy Phoenix. The brewery makes you feel like you are in a different area with a bird-filled garden and lush, tropical greens throughout the place. The outdoor setting is actually very cool because misters and fans surround it. The brewery’s rooftop lounge gives guests a panoramic view of downtown Chandler. Over 50 different tropical rescue birds call The Perch Brewery home.

The full bar offers 40 beers on tap and any type of drink you are craving. Their Moscow Mule is a little sweeter than most, but it is very delicious and refreshing. The Perch Belgian Peach is a popular choice. It is a tasty beer with sort of a bubble gum flavor to it, which sounds weird but it is really good. But be careful, the craft beer has 8.1 percent alcohol so it will hit you hard and quick. The Perch Cinnamon Honey Nut Brown is another great choice. It is a little on the darker side but has a lot of flavor and is only 5.1 percent alcohol.

The food is really good and the menu is full of items like burgers, pizza, wings and a spinach- artichoke grilled cheese that is out of this world. The food is more of an upscale version of pub food. A lot of the dishes go great with certain beers. You really can’t go wrong with anything at The Perch Pub and Brewery.
